Account Manager Events Belgium

The Event Facilities department provides tailor-made audiovisual solutions for temporary events, including hybrid events, online studio broadcasts, live presentations, meetings, video conferences, congresses, corporate openings, and other business events.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the commercial activities of the Event Facilities department. You will create a clear sales strategy and translate business objectives into concrete sales and action plans. You will achieve this through business development, account management, venue visits, networking, and marketing initiatives.

You advise clients on the most suitable audiovisual and hybrid event solutions, enabling them to create the desired experience and impact for their congresses, events, openings, meetings, or product launches. Your approach is creative, consultative, and customer-focused.

Your work will be split between event locations at our partner venues (near Rogierplein) and our office in Diegem.

What we are looking for:

You are a creative, forward-thinking, and proactive account manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Building new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships comes naturally to you.

Additionally, you have:

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the events and/or audiovisual industry

• A pragmatic mindset and a strong ability to innovate, solve problems, and take initiative

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Fluency in English, French, and Dutch, both spoken and written
