With a view to achieving the ambitious expansion objectives for Belgium and Luxembourg, we are looking for a driven and excellent person to strengthen the commercial team:

Account Manager New Business BeLux

  • After an intensive training period, you will be responsible for developing new customer relationships. You are also responsible for managing and further expanding the customer portfolio within both public and private sectors for all AV and communication solutions, installations, systems and services.
  • You devise and implement successful strategies and action plans for market development and you create opportunities and business through targeted commercial actions, prospecting, networking and account management.
  • You are constantly looking for new opportunities, leads and projects.
  • You detect specific questions and needs from customers and prospects and translate these into professional advice and tailor-made solutions.
  • For public tenders and the development of complex quotations and installations, you can fall back on an expert tender desk and the back office team and on engineering.
  • You work closely with a dedicated Project Manager for the realization and follow-up of the projects.
  • You guarantee the monitoring and follow-up of customer satisfaction, quality, targets, margins, price levels, market, product and technological developments.
  • You report directly to the General Manager BeLux

Your profile

  • For this commercial spearhead position we are looking for candidates with successful and relevant B2B sales experience in technically progressive customized solutions such as: audio-visual and communication systems, ICT Infrastructure, building facilities, telecommunications, managed services and related technologies.
  • Preferably, you already have a strong network of decision makers in multiple market segments and sectors, such as: government, hospitality, healthcare sector, sport, culture, industry, financial services, education, recreation.
  • You are a convincing negotiator, strong in relationship management and with excellent commercial and business insight.
  • You are an enterprising, resourceful and results-oriented go-getter with vision, courage and charisma.
  • You have ready language skills in Dutch, French and English
