AV Technician Event Support & Service

As an Audiovisual Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for all audiovisual facilities at our client's location. You will ensure that events, presentations, hybrid meetings, and day-to-day business meetings run flawlessly from a technical perspective.

Event Support (approx. 20 hours per week)

• Prepare, test, and set up audiovisual equipment for events and meetings.

• Provide technical support during events, presentations, and hybrid sessions.

• Operate and monitor audiovisual systems and troubleshoot any issues immediately.

• Ensure a professional and seamless experience for users and visitors.

Meeting Support & Technical Management (approx. 20 hours per week)

• Manage and maintain audiovisual installations in meeting and presentation rooms.

• Support users with videoconferencing and audiovisual systems.

• Resolve first-line technical issues and perform preventive maintenance checks.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to an optimal user experience.

This role combines the dynamic environment of live events with the responsibility of maintaining a well-functioning audiovisual infrastructure that supports daily business operations.

What We Are Looking For

• A technical qualification in audiovisual technology or a related field.

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with audio and video technologies.

• A customer-oriented professional with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with clients.

• A valid driver's license.
