For our London based team, we would like to get in touch with candidates for the position of:
Internal Sales Administrator
Role Responsibilities
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Support in coordination of sales events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Customer Relationship Management:
Follow up with customers to gather feedback on products or services.
Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Help maintain positive customer relationships and contribute to customer retention efforts.
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to manage product availability and delivery schedules.
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant colleagues
Dealing with a variety of different queries from customers / suppliers
Maintain and organize sales records, contracts, and customer files:
Assist in preparing and updating sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Ensure documentation complies with company policies and standards.
Communication and Correspondence.
Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments.
Respond to customer inquiries, providing information and assistance.
Manage email and phone communications efficiently and professionally.
Data Management:
Input and maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
Creating new client accounts, recording their information accurately on the internal systems
Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Required knowledge and skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An excellent command of English, both verbally and in writing.
A good understanding of pricing and margins
Proven experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in a sales environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with sales processes and terminology
